Let’s get healthy! This is much more than physical health; it’s about having a powerful mindset to achieve more than you thought was ever possible.
We do this by running back-to-back PT and life coaching sessions.
This program consists of 10 sessions running weekly. Each of our sessions will start off with one hour of personal training designed to improve physical stamina, connect your healthy body and mind, and change how you feel about yourself.
Immediately following your PT session, we will enter into your one hour 1-2-1 coaching session. This is designed to help you realise and set your goals, order your thoughts, and supercharge your confidence. Our sessions will kickstart meaningful plans and put the spring back into your step. By doing the PT and Coaching session simultaneously, we utilise the endorphin high to take back control of your new healthy life.
These are some of my favourite sessions to run because from day one, we really begin to feel the mind and body realigning.
